Vegan Cheese Alternative

It has come to my attention that you use Lisanatti soy cheese. When researching this product, it comes to my attention that it contains Casien, a milk derived protein. There are many wonderful melty vegan cheeses on the market: Dayia, Teese, Follow Your Heart, etc. There is also the option of making your own, like Lanesplitters does. A switch to one of these brands would expand your costumer base exponentially since there are so many vegans here, and you would be the only place I know of in the area who would carry a vegan Chicago-style pizza and I would be willing to venture into SF from the east bay to experience such a thing.
